Public bug reported:
When creating a new vhost, almost always you have to adjusting the
permission of the folder manually.
A sysadmin may want the folder to have www-data or root permissions on the
folder.
A webdev may want the folder to have its user's permissions (to edit the files
freely with a text-editor)
We shuold figure out a non-intrusive way to allow the user to set the
permission of the folder.
