I think we should just set the other to allow read writes to all files/folders with a prompt warning that we are doing it are you sure yes/no

Status in rapache: New Bug description: When creating a new vhost, almost always you have to adjusting the permission of the folder manually. A sysadmin may want the folder to have www-data or root permissions on the folder.
