cannot contact Apache

Bug description:
On Rapache start I have "Warning cannot contact Apache".
I see that in my host file there was no setting for localhost.
After that I've added the line "127.0.0.1 localhost" Rapache started to work
without problems.
I don't know if I have removed that line from the hosts file or it is by
default, but anyway in that case Rapache could contact Apache by 127.0.0.1
