I'm looking and still I can't find the solution to this. It looks to be an issue with the gksu2 python extension. Everything works but gksu.ask_password_full() function freeze rapache even before showing the password dialog. One would think it's thread related, but it used to work pretty well with Intrepid (which runs python 2.5 btw).
