* Automatic snapshot from revision 1 (bootstrap).
* debian/control:
- Update style: use trailing commas at the end of dep lists.
- Bump Build-Depends on debhelper to (>= 9).
- Add Vcs-Bzr, Vcs-Browser and a notice to uploaders.
- Fix typos in descriptions.
- Renamed libxpathselect to libxpathselect1.1 to follow soname.
- Adjust short description for libxpathselect-dev.
- Adjust long description for libxpathselect-dev.
- Fix Depends on libxpathselect1.1 for libxpathselect-dev.
- Add Pre-Depends:, Multi-Arch: to libxpathselect1.1.
* debian/compat: bump to compat level 9.
* debian/rules:
- Override dh_install to remove *.la/*.a files and fail the build if there
are files not being installed or missing from the build.
- Add and export DPKG_GENSYMBOLS_CHECK_LEVEL.
- Override dh_auto_test to properly run tests via test-runner.
- Override dh_makeshlibs to strictly check symbols.
* debian/source/format: migrate back to source format 1.0.
* debian/libxpathselect.install: renamed to debian/libxpathselect1.1.install
* debian/*.install: update paths for multiarch.
