* debian/control:
- Update to use trailing commas at the end of lists to make it easier to
add items to Build-Depends and Depends.
- Reorganize Build-Depends for clarity, wrap gtk3-engines-unico Depends for
the binary.
- Update Vcs-Bzr, Vcs-Browser and add a notice to uploaders.
- Add gnome-common to Build-Depends.
- Renamed source package to unico to match the project name.

- Override dh_autoreconf to call autogen.sh and not run configure.
