* debian/control:
- Bump Build-Depends on debhelper to (>= 9).
- Adjust style to use trailing commas in dependency lists.
- Add a Build-Depends on gnome-common.
- Update Vcs-Bzr, Vcs-Browser and add a notice to uploaders.
* debian/compat: bump compat level to 9.
* debian/rules:
- Use the dh sequencer with autoreconf.
- Override dh_install to search and delete for .la and .a files.
- Run dh_install --fail-missing in the dh_install override.
- Override dh_autoreconf to call ./autogen.sh and not run configure.
* debian/patches/lp_1046360.patch: dropped, included upstream.
* debian/patches/series: dropped; package will be in split format so we'll
merge the patches directly.
* debian/source/format: migrate back to source format 1.0.
* Automatic snapshot from revision 67 (bootstrap):
- Register with the messaging menu whenever we are adding an account that
telepathy tells us about (LP: #1066901)
- don't register with messaging menu unless we have enabled IM accounts
(LP: #1046360)
* Messaging menu does not show new messages for empathy. (LP:
#1066901)
* should start on login only if accounts are configured (LP: #1046360)
