Hi rate-hunters!
Ich habe mal wieder massiv aufger�umt. Unser CVS-Tree ist nun in sich
konsistent, d.h. isdnlog-3.29 kommt ohne eine einzige Warnung hoch.
Gewonnen haben wir (vor allem Dank Alexander!) auch noch!

Auf dem ersten Platz mit 204728 Byte liegt nun die rate-de.dat, dicht
gefolgt von der rate-at.dat mit 181327 Byte, abgeschlagen auf dem
dritten Platz die rate-nl.dat mit 8634 Byte, und leider immer noch
auf dem letzten Platz die rate-ch.dat mit 0 Byte.
Danach habe ich, wie "angedroht", eine neue "prefixes.dat" generiert.
Diese Datei enth�lt keine Kommas mehr in den Namen (hopefully), und hat
daf�r die L�nderbezeichnungen aus der "countries-us.dat" mit drin.
Da keiner dagegen war, habe ich die englischen Bezeichnungen (sofern die
sich von den deutschen unterschieden haben) mit dem neuen Tag "U:"
eingetragen. Das sieht jetzt also so aus:
N:Falklandinseln
A:Falkland-Inseln
U:Falkland Islands
C:+500
Mit folgendem Mega-Patch gegen Michael's "country.c" wird das neue
"U:" Tag erstmal genau wie das "A:" Tag behandelt, d.h. als weiterer
Alias, wir behalten aber f�r sp�ter jederzeit die M�glichkeit, f�r
unsere Freunde aus dem Ausland anstelle "Falklandinseln"
"Falkland Islands" auszugeben, also ein weiterer Schritt Richtung
Internationalisierung des isdnlog.
