Anybody else here had experience with ratpoison and rdesktop? It seems
a painful combination:

* rdesktop grabs the keyboard, and won't let go unless you push the
magic key combination ctrl+alt+enter, or move mouse out of the
rdesktop window (obviously won't work if the rdesktop window fills
  the screen).

* window is not managed by rdesktop (ie. doesn't show up with normal
window list), this makes switching back difficult.

* seems to be easy to get keyboard focus locked on rdesktop by
accident, even if it isn't in the foreground. Not quite sure what I
did here, but I did it several times.
