I gave writing Rave unit tests as an interview question to some potential
summer interns. Several of them complained about not being able to build Rave
before finding the Readme.txt.

I'm just puzzled why they would need to build rave-master if its available from
the SNAPSHOT repository. In that respect its exactly like the Shindig
3.0-SNAPSHOT dependency which I don't need to build locally either.
I'm fine with leaving these instructions in place for now, but it would be good
to find out what exactly was causing the problems without it.
