For the obligatory source release distribution only the "standard" Apache
LICENSE and default NOTICE files need to be provided, covering *only* the
sources itself.
It needs to be verified if otherwise licensed source(s) and/or copyrights are
used and included in which case those need to be attributed in the main LICENSE
and NOTICE file as well.
For assembled artifacts like wars and otherwise binary/dist/demo archives these
need to contain a proper LICENSE and NOTICE file *also* covering any other
build-time included or packaged resources.
