Attachment: RAVE-79_Move_the_inline_scripts_for_rendering_the_gadgets.patch
Moved the scripts to the bottom of the page.
Rendering of the buttons is now done in rave.js instead of inline.
Mapping widgets to region is now done by looping over DOM elements instead of
inline calls.
