The out-of-the-box shindig does not provide an easy way to override properties
that are defined in shindig.properties. The shindig.properties file is packaged
with the war and there is no way to override them runtime. We want to override
certain properties based on the environment (test, acc) without having to
rebuild the war. We do need to override properties for example in order to
implement oauth in a production worthy manner.
