Drag and drop error for widgets in IE 9

When I drag a widget from one region to another instead of docking nicely in
the new region, the widget sometimes freezes. It seems to happen the second
time i try to move a widget to another region, the first time it seems ok.
However, when this occurs, I can't move the widget and it just floats - no
longer part of any region and greyed out.
(Does this from both the rave-0.1-incubating-SNAPSHOT build as well as when run
from the source.)
