Fixing it for chrome & IE is a pretty simple change. As for the other items, I
think we (rave-dev community) can tweak what Martina has done to complete the
UI. I suggest applying this patch and dealing with the issues in a separate
ticket. If no one objects, I will apply the patch later today and open a new
ticket for the other issues.
