Description: As a user, I want to minimize a widget on my page and have
Rave retain the minimized property so that I can quickly expand a widget to
gain access to seldom used functionality (was: Should be quick: need a way to
minimize gadgets and restore them.)
Summary: Support persisted minimization of widgets (was: Support for
min/expanded views of gadgets/widgets)
We already have an issue related to supporting canvas view. Changing this
issue to support the other use case it was created with.
