As a gadget developer, I want to publish and subscribe to events so that I can
develop gadgets that communicate in a structured, secure manner.
Detail:
Implement a rave widget communication controller that translates between
eventing models found in different widget providers. Implement with
OpenSocial's OpenAjax PubSub feature initially.
