For the current legal file requirements for rave-commons only the default
LICENSE, NOTICE and DISCLAIMER files without any other attributions are needed.
As these default requirements are already dealt with automatically through the
maven-remote-resources-plugin, we don't need to maintain these manually
ourselves.
Therefore I'll delete these files again from svn.
If/when extra attributions are needed, these then should be provided under
src/main/appended-resources/META-INF instead, similar to how rave-portal and
rave-shindig do this now.
