The DISCLAIMER files are added during every build, and it works fine for me.
Maybe you still have an old (out-of-sync) rave-master pom project locally and
relative to the rave-project?
If your rave-master project is under ../rave-master-pom then Maven will always
take that instead of a local or remote repository based one, irrespectively if
it is current/in-sync or not.
To fix this then you need to either don't keep a local workspace version of
this master project; or make sure it *always* is in sync; or use a different
project folder :)
I myself do the latter, but for most the first option should be good enough.
