Hi Matt, if you bump the master pom, don't forget to also bump the project pom
reference!
Technically though there is no need to bump the master pom version as it already
is a SNAPSHOT version and properly referenced from the project pom.
If you intend to "sync" both versions for master and project pom, then you
should bump to version 0.4-incubating-SNAPSHOT instead. But if not, why not keep
the master version at 0.2-incubating-SNAPSHOT and release it as 0.2-incubating?
