We are scheduled to push the 0.4-incubating release on Friday. Yesterday, I
moved a few of the features that are definitely not going to make the release
to 0.5-incubating. Please update any issues assigned to you with the
appropriate status and version so that we can go forward with the release
Friday.
I plan to begin the release process at 13:00 UTC on Friday, so please have any
final code and issues updated before that time. As always, any issues not
completed or moved by Friday will have their fix version updated to
0.5-incubating.
