The store "needs" the referring page id. When adding a gadget we don't pass
this variable. We can either pass this variable or fetch the first page of the
user in case we don't know the referring page id.
Also when a user has submitted the new widget, do we want to go back to the
store with a message that the new widget waits for approval or do we want to
stay in the current view (with a redirect to the widget detail page instead of
a view to prevent double submission by the user).
