W3C Widget rendering: replace hard coded Wookie server

WookieWidgetService relies on a hard coded server that is not working with
Wookie 0.9.1-incubating. Replace it with a (configurable) server that does
render widgets.
Waits for a Wookie 0.9.2 release.
