Gadgets aren't effected if state is changed from "published" back to "preview".
Maybe a feature.

Log on as canonical, change the state of a published gadget from "published" to
"preview", then go back to normal Rave view. The gadget will stil be viewable
by any user who has this on their page. It also persists between logins.
Is this the intended behavior?
