Thanks Jasha to pointing out i need not clicked grant button. I never noticed
that. i will resubmit the patch. I was almost aware of the fact that we can't
use the snapshot so i did not commit to the trunk and submitted a patch as if
someone wants the change. I will email on the commons validator dev about their
plans.
