Improve visibility of disabled Widget state

Some suggested enhancements for making it clear to users that a specific widget
is disabled:
1) Add a small icon to the widget titlebar (perhaps the jQueryUI .ui-icon-alert
style image?)
2) Render the same icon as well as the disabled message on the Widget Detail
page
3) Render the same icon as well as the disabled message on the Widget Store
listing page
