I failed to upload patch to Review Board.
to test:
- create an account @ http://www.google.com/recaptcha
- add private and public keys to portal.properties file and enable captcha
portal.captcha.enabled=true
portal.captcha.key.private=YOUR_KEY
portal.captcha.key.public=YOUR_KEY
By default, everything should work so no captcha is needed.
