[DISCUSS] Apache Rave 0.8-incubating Release Candidate

I forgot the discuss thread.  Here are two issues brought up by Marlon & Jasha 
on the vote thread:

Jasha:

      Why does the notice file in the source distro start with
      "Apache Rave
      Copyright 2011-2012 The Apache Software Foundation"

      and the binary distro with
      "Apache Rave
      Copyright 2011 The Apache Software Foundation"

      Shouldn't they be the same?

     " we really need to update the selenium tests and other automated testing 
and QA tools before 1.0."
