As a Rave Administrator, I want to define which Person Profile fields a user
can modify, so I can restrict the person profile attributes I don't want users
to change.
Use Case: In a corporate environment, the email address of a user is assigned
by the company and not changable, so we don't want the User to be able to
change it.
Suggestion: The solution should be flexible enough that custom field
extensions of the Rave User object can also be toggled.
