The goal to integrate Apache Rave into the Purdue Hubs, is to be able to pull
in a light weight selected gadget into Joomla. Initial problems presented by
integrating Apache Rave into our hubs managed through Joomla (version 1.5)
revolved around managing credential management for the gadgets. For a gadget to
be inserted into Joomla without requiring the user to log in multiple times,
the identification must be managed by either linking the two accounts from
within Joomla or utilizing a decentralized online authentication.
