Applied Aaron's patch contribution of the PageTemplate, PageTemplateRegion, and
PageTemplateWidget models. Still TODO:
- service methods to create a Page object from a PageTemplate object
- create the person profile page for a new user if it doesn't exist, either
upon user creation or first access attempt (similar to how the default user
page is created now)
