When using the Rave distribution package (mvn -Pdist) PermGen errors are
occurring right after startup. I believe this is due to the new additional
Wookie WAR that is running under the tomcat instance.
Need to bump the -XX:MaxPermSize value up in the setenv.[sh|bat] files
