In the patch, PasswordEncoder and EmailService in DefaultUserService are
@Autowired separately and not added in default constructor. Any reason for
that? This breaks the vanilla extension in sandbox reported in
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RAVE-488. I changed those services to
final and added them in default constructor and vanilla extension is working. I
think everything should work fine with my change but just want to make sure
before i commit. Attaching new diff to verify my changes
