Anthony Carlucci resolved RAVE-456.
-----------------------------------

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 0.9-INCUBATING

The initial View Person Profile epic has been completed which has added the
following new features to Rave:

1) All users have a profile page accessible by any other user

2) The profile page is created automatically off of a pre-defined PageTemplate
which defines the layout of the page and widgets

3) PageTemplates are generic and can be used by any classification of PageType
in Rave (currently USER or PERSON_PROFILE)

4) Pages can now have sub-pages attached to them, each containing their own
layouts and widgets.

5) The owner of the profile page can edit limited data about themselves. This
will be expanded in the future by RAVE-460

6) The concepts of locked Regions and locked RegionWidgets have been introduced
as part of the PageTemplate. These are also generic and can be used for any
PageTemplate type (USER, PERSON_PROFILE)

7) The Profile Page is created automatically either when a user is manually
created or upon the first access of that profile page (in the case of users
being fed into Rave via external user store like LDAP)
