Resolution: Fixed
Resolved - clicking on an inactive tab the very first time will refresh its
widgets, forcing them to be correctly auto-sized or display their assigned
fixed height. The solution tracks which tabs have been viewed at least once
for efficiency as the widget refresh only needs to occur the very first time an
inactive tab is rendered.
