I'm not so sure what to do about demosaic at all. I don't like all the
toggles and options of UFRaw, I like sliders and sane defaults.

I want as few options as possible. Users shouldn't fiddle with toggles
and dials, Rawstudio should just magically work.

But yes, PPG is quite amazing - and really simple too :)
