UFRaw and Rawstudio are two very different applications with different rendering algorithms. Did you enable color management in Rawstudio? Which color profile did you use in UFRaw? in Rawstudio? Did you use the "color matrix" option in UFRaw? Even if you use the same color profiles in both applications, you cannot be sure that the result will look the same.
