ac of 1 is conservative, yes, but not too low. TeS assigns confidence in
the range of -100 to 100, not 0 to 100. ac is computed emperically and its
value will be updated when there's enough data to warrant a recomputation.
On your local system, you can set min_cf to a value you are comfortable
with... ac will be completely ignored when you do so.
