Perhaps I'm being paranoid, but this could be a cunning way to verify email addresses. Build yourself a seemingly normal Mailman server, subscribe everyone under the sun, then see who unsubscribes when the seemingly valid 'monthly reminder' goes out. The spammer would then know a real human being reads emails sent to those unsubscribed address...
It seems a little odd that there's no archive, and the list owner's email address is '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'. The list of subscribers is also highly suspicious (see http://server4.hostpoint.ch/mailman/roster/newsletter_blackmusic.ch) - there's a whole bunch of 'cvs-log-something@' and 'info@' addresses listed. Anyone else think this is smells funny?
