In the mimedefang-filter file you need to add the following:
$SALocalTestsOnly =0;
That value is defaulted to 1 if not explicitly set.

As a quick check to see if SA is calling it, run spamasassin -tD

You can very easily see if SA calls razor since the razor stuff has a lot
of debug output.
Then all you need to do is confirm mimedefang is calling SA.
