As a kind of "kludge fix" for this problem I've gone ahead and changed my logic_method from 4 to 5. This forces ALL non-contention parts of the email to be spam before razor will call it spam.

This cripples razor to a degree, but does eliminate the "empty mime section" problem, provided some other section is not razor listed. That said I'd rather have the lower hit rate of requiring all sections than the high FP rate caused by the empty mime section issue. Of course, in the long run I'd rather razor was smart enough to ignore empty sections.

BTW: was it intentional that logic_method was removed from the man file for razor-agent.conf? I thought it was in the man file at one point but I had to go to the source to figure out what the different methods did for 2.20.

First question: Should I be revoking messages that are getting nailed
by razor-check because of the issue with empty mime sections? Is this
helpful in any way?

Second question: Anybody got a procmail rule for detecting messages
with empty mime sections so that I can give these messages a free
pass until the razor issue gets fixed?

Much Thanks,
