Worst case (and this is only vaguely practical in the first place due to
the fact that you're installing Razor2 to your own home directory), you
might try doing the make/make test/make install process in the
Razor2-Preproc-deHTMLxs subdirectory *first*, and then do the rest of
Razor. During my attempts to get Razor2 2.20+ packaged, I tried this
first just as a really bad hack... and it worked.  YMMV.

(I actually tarballed that subdirectory, packaged *that*, then did
Razor.  Not pretty.  But it worked.)
