A while back I had a problem with razor being unable to send tcp pings. At
first I thought the problem was a firewall blocking outgoing packets on
that port. In the end, the problem turned out to be the lack of an "echo
7/tcp" line in /etc/services. Along with the error message, this might
make a good FAQ.
