I have managed to adapt everything in Razor2 for Win32 - file
management, location of razor home, background operation, etc. - but
there is nothing I can do with ActivePerl's implementation of rand()
funcion, which is different from most UNIX perl builds. As a result, the
engine 4 signature is not computed correctly.

In fact, perl does not specify how its rand() should work, it merely
takes advantage of whatever the C compiler provides, which could have
even different names, such as drand48() or random(), or rand(). Most of
the perl builds are made with gcc, which is why Razor is usually
compatible across different UNIX platforms. I am not aware of any gcc
build of perl for Win32, though.
