If the 'lot' of EFF subscribers do not have a spam filter then Razor
(or any other spam 'system') is not going to affect them. Razor marks
are only seen, and actioned, by those people running (or having run
on their behalf) spam filters which use Razor. So it is only Razor
users who would be affected by other Razor users reporting Effector
as possibly spam.
