If you are using Razor2 with SpamAssassin, I *highly* recommend submitting spam via "spamassassin -r", which will Do The Right Thing(tm) in terms of stripping out all of the SA goodies and returning the mail to its original form. Mucking with report_safe is too large a hammer for this problem (though, feel free to change that setting if you don't *want* the default behavior).
