I'm not concerned about the effect on ME; I have it whitelisted and I therefore will always get it in my main mailbox. I'm concerned about the database pollution, and that it's not getting enough chances to be revoked because the Freshmeat servers appear to do a pretty good job of getting that thing out the door quickly. The braindead submissions are happening long after it's gone to many subscribers. -- Shawn McMahon | Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, EIV Consulting | that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any UNIX and Linux | hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe, to assure http://www.eiv.com| the survival and the success of liberty. - JFK
