The question I have is whether or not the server will correctly strip out the SpamAssassin message and just look at the attached template or if I need to set up SpamAssassin to modify headers rather than attaching.
Razor will not, but spamassassin -r will pull out the attached message and report it to Razor (as well as sa-learn, Pyzor and DCC if you have them installed)
I'm not sure if you can run spamassassin -r on an entire mailbox, though.
