I'm also just in the last few days seeing that "No Razor Discovery servers available at this time" every time I try to invoke razor - an install that's been working fine for some time. When you say "your net config dns client" I guess you're referring to some odd front end. My hand configured Linux "/etc/resolv.conf" does have "nameserver 127.0.0.1" as the first entry - but localhost is running bind and is a legitimate public nameserver, so this shouldn't be a problem. Are you suggesting that something has been changed on razor's servers just recently that's incompatible with this standard usage?
