I reversed the order of servers.nomination.lst to joy.cloudmark.com conceit.cloudmark.com
from the other way around, and now not getting the "no discovery servers available" message. Is this coincidence? I also realized that there's a much quicker way to report large numbers of spam from mutt (obvious enough, but ...): tag them, then ;s them to their own file, exit mutt, and "razor-report -d file". This involves much less waiting, many fewer keystrokes than that shift-S macro - useful as that was back in the days when only a few spams would make it past razor.
